Yesterday we went for a walk with some friends. It was beautiful out and it was a great opportunity for Oliver and his friends to burn some energy! Melissa had the awesome idea of going to the greenbelt. I was just going to be lazy and walk around our neighborhood.
One of my favorite things about Boise is the greenbelt. How lucky are we that we can walk/bike/skateboard/fruit boot along the river for miles on end? True, you probably should avoid it at night. It's just such a great way to go for a walk without having to worry about cars. There's a little bit of nature and usually at least a few interesting characters to meet.
Anyway we had fun skipping rocks, looking at ducks, making bad jokes, etc.
I love walks with you and Ollie, it will be so much fun experiencing him growing up with you. Mes is super excited.
