So I can't wait...

SASQUATCH!

Camera Obscura, one of my new favorites :)

My Morning Jacket, should be intense

She & Him (all the better if Jenny Lewis is there in her weird mom pants)

City and Colour

The Hold Steady

Freelance Whales, Josh and I saw them play the Knitting Factory and they were great

Also: The Low Anthem, Laura Marling, They Might Be Giants, Passion Pit, The Heavy, Tegan and Sara, Nada Surf...and many bands that I don't know very well but I'm excited to hear.

Enough geeking out, I'm just very excited. Those who know me will know that I absolutely love music. I love going to shows, love listening to it in my car, love attempting to play songs. It's a bit of an obsession. To me there isn't much better than going to see a band that you love and singing along. For financial reasons this isn't something I do very often anymore. I am grateful that I saw so many shows when I was younger and had less financial obligations.

Added bonus, Josh might unveil some new dance moves. That's always entertaining!

  2. man I'm really gonna miss out if I don't go. I love Josh's dance moves. And I really want to see my beloved Zooey among the other great and talented artists. The Freelance Whales...is that the band in the video you put up that played in the subway?
I'm so glad you're doing this...you guys deserve it!
